Who is behind Luonnonmuoto?
Luonnonmuoto began as a shared dream between two people as a desire to create something lasting, beautiful, and inspired by nature. We are a couple whose roots lie deep in the Finnish landscape: in forests, rocky shores, and quiet moments by the water.
Nature is not just a source of inspiration for us it is home, a value, and a way of life.
The idea for Luonnonmuoto was born from water-shaped stones and how flowing water can, over time, smooth the surface of stone while keeping it strong and timeless. We wanted to bring that same strength and sensitivity into concrete that is a material often seen as harsh, but which in the right hands can be full of life and form.
We handcraft concrete tables and interior objects that speak through their design and the honesty of their material. Each piece is made to stand the test of time, both in use and in appearance. We believe beauty is born from simplicity, care, and a connection to the world around us.
Luonnonmuoto is not just a name. It's a promise that design can be both strong and delicate. Both urban and organic. Both new and timeless.

What’s happening at Luonnonmuoto?
Luonnonmuoto at Habitare 2025
In autumn 2025, Luonnonmuoto participated in Habitare for the first time. Habitare is Finland's leading design fair held at Messukeskus Helsinki. The year's theme, "Touch", invited visitors to experience spaces and materials through multiple senses, a perfect match for Luonnonmuoto's core philosophy.
Habitare 2025 was a major milestone for us, as it marked the first time we showcased our products publicly.
At our stand, we presented handcrafted tables from our own collection. The rustic aesthetics and minimalist design language of our stone tables resonated with many visitors, sparking interest among both interior professionals and design enthusiasts. We met countless inspiring people, and the conversations we had strengthened our belief that nature-inspired design truly touches and inspires.
